But that's the whole point, chattel slavery never stopped! There's a whole class of bm bred specifically for this purpose. Haven't you figured it out yet?
What I been saying the whole time is, we're fukked and no one cares, not even other bp. Any one of us is one bad psychological episode away from murder or enslavement, bc that's what we get in this country and MANY were fine with it as long as their time never came.
So now that we're ALL fukked, maybe someone will start to care.

I hope you know that this is exactly how one depresses a vote. Even if shyt is happening, call me a nerd, but I look at trends. Outside example but I wanted to buy a home 3 years ago and I saw the trends of housing exploding in price. I did not buy until everything went up 40% or so from the year prior. In the end, I got a place in a neighborhood I didn't want for a price that was reasonable but still not what I would have paid a year prior. Trends matter.
You can tell me black people are historically (making up numbers) 40% homeowners vs 65% white people. If we see it trending toward 38% vs 67% in a 5 year period, my mind does not say "Well it was already happening." Did a law change? Is the cost of living growing in certain regions pushing them out? Did the credit environment change due to volatility in the markets? Is that from foreclosures or are black people just a smaller percentage but have not had a net loss in housing?
Long story short, we should be thinking critically about these things because there are solutions especially when it comes to local politics. If we have a little, we should protect that little and gain more, not let the slide continue cause "Welp

thats how it goes." while talking down those who actually care to see how to help.
