1.Your supposed to have a certificate. Panamas regulations are not on the stringent side in comparison to some countries
2. stayed in the city and in the more residential areas on the outskirts where family lives but none of that is Rual.
3. I see more extreme poverty in NYC daily then I did in Panama. there’s a couple spots in the city with people begging full time although I will say the housing in the ghetto parts like Cinco Dey mayo are F*cked the f*ck up but. I didn’t see a bunch of homeless people or any blocks flooded with K2 Fiends
