As a child, did anyone else get shook during the suspensful music in Tomb Raider?

I used to get terrified man, so much so that I would actually pause the game and try to prepare myself for what was coming.


shyt was the worse. you'd be swaggin your way through the game like when all of a sudden





whole swag would go from to ...shyt was finna go down. all of a sudden wolves were rushing you and shyt


game use to have me scared to death as a young padawan

Tomb Raider was great back in the day but the game hasn't aged well.... mechanics feel dated as hell

Neither did the first Max Payne game also to be honest.

you had to time that shyt just right too. tomb raider had some hard ass controls on the low. the codes were fukkin impossible too. for all the guns, you'd have to do some weird shyt like-

side step right, side step left, side step right, side step left, take 1 step forward, take a step backwards, step forward again, back again, turn in a circle, and then jump backwards while holding the roll button



by the time you did all that shyt, there's 4 nikkas dumpin on you from rooftops
