First off I'm not high 
I've been doing a lot of traveling over the past few years seeing monuments like the pyramids, Vatican, Mayan ruins etc and realized this country does not have anything worth a shyt that people will care about in 300 years.
I propose we drop a trillion on sone gold palace like the Taj Mahal and just stunt on these other countries
