look, i love me some kobe, but we all know kobe is the ultimate alpha. he just ain't gonna share his alphaness with anybody. kobe got sick of shaq cuz not only he got all the glories, but he was also lazy and never pushed himself. it happens to alpha. kobe just couldn't deal with shaq anymore.
but bron? bron is a beta and he is a lover. he would've embraced being #2. and his game fits #2. as long he pass the ball to shaq everybody would be happy. he would be the ultimate robin from 1996 to 2006. and take over the team as the alpha after shaq heavily declines.
8-9 rings would be very realistic cuz all bron gotta do is ride shaq and make him happy. and how would we view bron then? 8-9 years of robin then 6-7 years of alpha? we probably would've called him the ultimate winner - top 3 all time. probably bill russell of our generation and shaq would be considered the GOAT.
