we got great receivers but an aging QB that throws ducks...defense looking deadly, the recipe is there for superbowl run, but the offense is worst 10 in the league.

i love eli, he beat brady and bellichek twice in the superbowl but at this stage in his career, he gotta go.

question is, who can replace him?

What are you going to do, start Geno Smith? I mean if the coaching staff really tries to develop him he can maybe compete for a starting job in maybe 2 or 3 years but even then theres Davis Webb. Seriously for all of Eli's flaws he gives you the best chance to win especially in the postseason.

I think he has 1 or maybe 2 seasons left before the NYGs let him bow out.

problem is that they haven't mentored anyone in over 10 years because he hasnt missed a game since 05'

Gino SMith is the back up...honestly that guy isn't good enough to even be in the league.

And once Eli bounces, the giants are gonna go through a QB shuffle like the Jets did for a few years

Eli isn't in his prime peak anymore, but OP deserves to spend four quarters behind Ereck Flowers in a regular season game for this. :birdman:

The offense, now that they upgraded their TEs to NFL quality and have someone better than a guy who can't even make the Bears pre-season second-teamers at WR2, will be back in the top half of the league so long as the OL tones down their fukkery a little (and McAdoo remembers how to call plays).

Smh he was the best player in the greenbay playoff game last year. Eli Manning is my last concern About this team. He's got a good two years left.
