If you ask why other ethnic groups can build together and get their shyt popping and we can't? You're doing it wrong.
Slavery robbed us of our culture, so the only thing we as American Blacks can claim is blocks and cities.
Instead of coming together we further fragmented. Yes, some Black people can succeed but as a whole we'll never get to a stable functional level.
We have cultural traits but we have no real culture, so we're not a real race even though we have some things in common with each other
Add in further fragmentation along political and economical lines
