Even in the southeast, lots of towns that were "no go" for blacks since...forever have large hispanic populations now. Ha, you're in northern Alabama so you know what I'm taking about.

Buy yeah, I don't think they have a "plan" for real. They're just a) getting a huge, life-changing pay increase and b) still have traditional values that value large families. Their fertility drops pretty quick in the 2nd generation.
