To stay away from from street shyt and street nikkas. Be a square. Survive. Stay low key. Don't be around crowds of volatile street nikkas. Their minds are gone and they're living out a caricature. The culture will tell you thay being a street nikka is cool. Dudes will respect you more. And some bytches will automatically throw you the p*ssy. But it aint worth it.

Stay strapped (legally)
Be well read
Meditate
Eat Healthly
Discipline your mind
Connect if you can, with like minded people
Think critically in all aspects of life

My advise will be to focus on your education and career from the get go. You will have to work twice as hard than your white counterparts for the same job/reward. Be very selective on people you are around. Be around people with drive that can share knowledge. Don't envy them but let them teach you how to get there too.
As far as the street dudes once you reach a certain level of education and career, you really won't be around these types of guys anymore(assuming you grew up around these guys).

I always tell youngers:
Everything in life is about balance. There are times to have fun and times to buckle down. Times you'll have to fight and times you'll have to flee. But the streets don't have nothing for you. There's a reason you don't see OGs like that no more, the kids quick to resort to the trigger.

I can also say this, you'll get access to more well-rounded friend groups and women by chasing a degree or personal improvement.

I still chill with my peeps in the streets; but most of the time
I'm in the crib, writin rhymes to some dope beats
Or either callin up some freaks to bone
But word up, I try to leave the streets alone
But it's crazy hard kid, in other words, it's spooky
The streets be callin me, like the crack be callin Pookie
It ain't a dumb joke, listen to this young folk
Cause where I'm from -- you can choke from the gunsmoke
Stay off the corners; that might be your best plan
Before you catch a bullet that was meant for the next man
Or end up with a deep cut

Or relaxin on a hospital bed, from bein street struck......

You preaching this to a bunch of dudes who pay $25 a gram for mids. Who do you think the demographic of this site is? The ones who ain’t basement dwelling lames already know this. Are y’all serious?
I mean we do have some dudes who put themselves in sticky situations lol.

But for the most part, dudes on here ain't outside enough to need this advice.

But for the lurkers who like to hang out and be in the mix, you gotta know when to stay home and away from certain people. Get your home life situation comfortable and get a little baddie and you won't even feel like being outside all the time.

If the wise and well off never spend time with the people that aren't, they have less insight of what it takes to follow a dream despite their circumstances. They follow they see and perceive to be true instead of words of the absent.

It's ok to get out and move away but it's also ok to maintain ties to show what good opportunity looks like and how to seize upon it. If not, we're leaving the lost to the lead the blind.

Man you think a nikka who really in the streets gonna be on an Internet forum? Y’all delusional. Majority of stories on here told are straight up lies. And a lot of the users ain’t even real humans just nikkas posting from an alt account. This advice don’t apply to nobody here. Now if you was telling nikkas to put down the video games, take a shower and get a job maybe you would have a point.
