I've said this many times, but Kerr is a mediocre coach. Yesterday's game was lost due to him continuing to run Steph Curry around like a 2-guard, taking him off the ball, to let guys like Draymond and Iggy run the offense late. Turnovers, bad shots, no lack of urgency when they have a lead are all reflections of coaching.
Basketball lesson for the casuals:
Steph Curry is not a shooting guard. Running him off double screens against Cleveland doesn't work because they can switch too easy. You let Steph handle the ball, attack, get doubled and find the open guy like he did with Klay when they got the lead. Casual fans will say "oh he has no heart; he's soft" when the Warriors offense, especially late, doesn't even put the ball in his hands. Kerr would rather let poor decision makers in the clutch like Draymond either throw the ball away or have the ball late in the shot clock where he can do nothing.
In before "but but but he has the highest winning percentage of all time tho"
