Diamond league always gets good crowds, you get 10,000 for first place and you get points and st thr end if the year thr highest you get 40000


The IAAF Diamond League encompasses 32 individual Event Disciplines, with a points scoring ‘Diamond Race’ which runs throughout the 14 meeting series. Winners of each Diamond Race will get a Diamond Trophy, USD 40'000 prize money, a wild card for the IAAF World Championships (certain conditions apply) but more importantly, will have shown season long consistency to earn the unchallenged honour of being the World Number 1.

The Diamond Race winners of each discipline are awared with a prize money of USD 40,000 at the end of the season.

In addition, at each of the 14 meetings and for each of the 16 Diamond Race disciplines per meeting, the same set of prize money is awarded to the competing athletes totalling in USD 30,000 x 16 = USD 480,000 per meeting.
