If we talking about bringing the art of the music video back i'd seriously give that nod to Tyler The Creator before any other rapper.

I dont even have to post any videos, anyone who has been paying attention to Tylers career knows off top his videos always have some sort of "artistic" difference u dont see with other rappers.
