That's why I don't buy most of the fish out of grocery stores. I buy pole and line caught out of the ocean.....

Glad I am not a seafood eater like others but I will miss tilapia my God if that is not a good fish or what. Shrimp is banging as well.

got damn this is disgusting, one thing i noticed is that the sea food nowadays doesn't taste as fresh as it did years ago. don't really eat seafood besides Lobster & Shrimp and that's on special ocassions. this just makes me look at this stuff a little more different now.
Farm raised organic fish, also, there is this thing called "Seafood watch"
You pretty much know what fish is toxic and what isn't.

We know nothing about ANYTHING we eat. Yesterday the FDA technically said Frosted Flakes are healthier than advacado. I've recently heard that water ain't healthy now for some reason. Like fukk all this worrying and stressing over bullshyt. Just live ya life...eat the damn food that you like to eat. Something gonna make you sick eventually but suck that shyt up because you coulda got sick from ANYTHING
