It's really a matter of developed countries verses developing countries. Every developed country on the planet has the same dilemma with young women outpacing young men in various metrics along with decreasing sex rates and lower birth rates.
Even South Korea which is an Asian country is dealing with the same thing. Hell, Korean women actually have HIGHER standards for men than Western women and they reinforce the materialistic gold digger stereotype far more than American women.
So for brehs looking to go to South Korea to bag women, just keep in mind that this isn't your father's or grandfather's South Korea when they were deployed there and military brehs had that novelty factor going on. If you can't attract or bag American women, Korean women are 5 times harder to bag if you aren't a "triple 6" man, especially if you're Black. If you're not tall, fit, or handsome, you're legit going to be more invisible to Korean women than American women and Korean women are super feminist. Many Korean men have even gone the "passport bro" route by getting girlfriends and wives from Southeast Asia, China, and Eastern Europe.
Basically, it's an economics thing, not really a "Western" thing per say. In developed countries, women are the least dependent on men than at any point in history. We're entering a "new normal" where young men actually have to play catch up with young women in terms of education and finances. Interesting times....
The biggest womanizers in their city or college campus were likely gentlemen who never expressed unsavory opinions about women I'm sure. 
"You incel," just roughly translates to, "Please stop making statements about women I contest."
