Asians colturally appropriating black culture

How come no one ever points out the cultural appropriation by Asians. I've noticed it mostly with this upcoming generation here are some examples:
black American dances and style



None of these Asians are American so how can they be racist to black tourists but copy our style
I'm all for people enjoying hip hop culture but at least pay homage/respect the people who made hip hop culture.
