Aside from HBCUs do black folks ever talk about PBIs for people who don’t want to go away for school

Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn for the longest has been debated for being a hbcu but since it was built after 1965 it doesn’t qualify but I saw it was placed in a list of PBIs (Predominately Black institutions)


Any sources or links with a list of PBIs in cities across America. NYC fam I would also like to know if York College would also be considered a PBI as well.
