Do sports organizations have loyalty to players though? The day that Lebron or any other superstar loses a step, the org has no problem uprooting him and his family and shipping them somewhere else. Why should any athlete have loyalty to them?!!! That's why I respect Lebron for chuckin up the deuces to the Cavs and doing what he wanted. People just don't want black men take control of their talents and actively participate in the free market. They would rather some old Donald Sterling type dictate what they do.

Real question....Does loyalty really mean to stay no matter whats going on? If you as a person see that the people that are above you not making the right moves business wise you should stay and say forget what YOU want and give up your future because of loyalty?

Im being real Im in the Army (17 years) and if the leadership is not doing there jobs I will find a way out when I gave them years of selfless service ...they will be a time I want some things and If I am pulling way more than my weight I will move on....simple.....But thats just me
