Two things. People not really caring about you and death.

I could check people snaps and like posts or pictures on facebook for no reason. 99 percent of the time I don't care unless it involves me in the picture or posts. Then it hit me other people feel the same towards me.

Then death is even a stronger feeling. I can't grasp no matter what you accomplish or no matter how nice you are, you die and the world keeps spinning. What's even more fukked up now is people get caught on video dying. Seeing dudes die on Facebook live is weird. Someone could die on Facebook live, go viral, then the same people to comment and share the video just completely erase you from their memory bank as they go make pizza rolls.

Its something so hard to fully understand and be free from. The thought of dying happens everyday and I'm like fukk its going to happen anyways so why am I spending my time wasting my thoughts on something not useful?

As I get older I start to care less but do you guys remember being kids not even having that surface on your mind? Living day by day and enjoying life to the fullest not caring about others or dying.

People who are usually the free in the world to do anything or just be down right cool have conquered these two issues I have. Better yet they just accepted it. For example tupac didn't give a fukk about death. He knew it would come around the corner. But that made him a better person and harder worker.

How do you guys feel about it?

I've long accepted that no one really cares--I'm the same. In regards to death, I'm personally looking forward to dying. :manny:
Why bro?

I just want to completely accept it 100 percent where I can be free from the thought every day and enjoying life like no other cause I don't give a fukk.

Even though I "care" about everyone it never really mattered to me if anyone else cared about me or not. The same with dying, I never really cared if I'm going to be remembered or not.

Has anyone actually been in this position and broke free from it?

The saying of just accept it is to simple but yet to complexed.

I know some people go through journeys that change their output on life or come close to dying before so the fear of death and caring about others think about you is wiped away.

Then start having a positive attitude towards death. Forget what you've heard, death is the only thing that makes you free. Once you truly realize and accept that nothing matters when you're dead, you start thinking less of things. Otherwise, you're going to spend your time worrying, always in pursuit of something. This is just my view though. :manny:

True - everyone is selfish. Your girl, your mother, the strangers you see everyday. You.

And it's also true, death is scary.

But I like to see them both like this.

1. Since everyone is inherently selfish, use it to your advantage. Become useful to people. Bring value to their life. You may find that feeding other people's egos brings you more opportunity and money because people feel good around you. Kinda like how social media feeds you.

You'll feel good too. And that's all you really care about anyways.

2. Understanding death takes a lifetime. When you think you finally accept it, something happens and you are confused again. All I can say is live in the present. Don't worry about something you have no control over. Death is inevitable. But it may not be "the end" like you think..

Check out this book about living in the moment. It's a simple read and may help you live in the now.
