I think it can be a good thing when you think about convenience but I remember when I was in school if you lost your textbook it was almost 100 dollars to replace... I imagine replacing the Ipads will cost more.
I don't know about the coli but Nikki thinks all that money can be evenly distributed so that kids that are reading from textbooks from the 80's can have a fair chance at an education. But what do i know.
the high school in my area calls it BYOT (bring your own technology) ... i find it very hard to learn certain subjects on a computer but i see the benefits..
