I hope we don't get into a pattern of celebrating cacs for doing the right and ethical thing.
its not about that. who is celebrating anything? it is important tho, whether you recognize it or not, for white people in positions of power to understand. and not only understand but speak out. he did that.

Not going to congratulate a white for having common sense.

What type of money is he putting down?? That's what we should be congradulating.

you made a post recognizing a cac for showing empathy. Congrats to AT&T and its head honcho for showing that he has a heart.

I'm sorry but I'm just not into celebrating every time a cac does something in front of a crowd to elicit a response. I don't feel moved to tears for something someone should be doing.

I apologize for derailing your post though, breh.

well he didn't have to. So maybe he felt that he needed to. Either way it shouldn't make you more upset, lol

Thought I was going to have to stop going to giants games. :whew:
why? i thought the mara's and johnson and johnson owned the giants not this guy

I appreciate him doing this, nothing wrong with giving props to people doing right. if you feel critical of congratulating him, then you must feel the same way when criticizing black folks? anybody can get that work and anybody can get that love. i appreciate him using his voice in that majority white space to speak out on this issue and make those in the room think about his words.
