At the end of a friendship or relationship...

Should you end friendship with people you've met through a mutual friend or relationship partner if that friendship or relationship ends?


To put it into situational context.

1) Your good friend introduces you to his homies. Y'all are cool and have developed rapport over time by being around each other. You and your good friend fall out. Do you expect the homies of the good friend to end that friendship or do you acknowledge your prior friend's homies aren't your friends and fall back?

2) You introduce a woman ur dating to ur best friend. They become pretty cool from being around each other over time. The relationship ends... do you expect your ex to fall back and end her friendship with your best friend? Do you expect your best friend to no longer acknowledge your ex?

Good question. Tbh it's a case by case thing.

I can't imagine any guy would feel cool with his mans buddying around with his freshly broken up ex.

I keep people seperate, and this is one reason. Aint no meeting friends, family, and allathat bullshyt. You get me and only the version I present to you. Same for friends and relationships.
