At what height does _____ start/stop becoming an All-Star/HOF?

A taller Muggsy Bogues on the defensive end? Is an even bigger defensive pest able to guard taller guys in different parts of the floor.....like an Alex Caruso.

That's supposed to be the minimum height they would've had to be to still be elite. Any shorter and they're bums

6'8 aint that much of a difference for KG with his athleticism and motor.

There is a 6'6 Shaq at every juco and open run. Being able to move like that at that size is what made him special.
