it happened in the 90's with the extreme use of profanity, in the 90's for some reason it became impossible to write a rap song without using profanity, once that happened hip hop got locked int a box, so that every rap song revolves around prafanity (fukk, shyt, bytch, nikka)

when was the last time you heard a rap song that doesnt revolve around profanity?
