Big Boi was carrying the duo's style through Southernplaya... whole album while Andre continued to progress. Hootie Hoo and DEEP are exhibit A and B, not to mention that that album is Big Boi's sound to this day...

Big Boi has always been himself and was a decade ahead of the A-town dboy image going global. "Ova Da Wudz" was a good example of Big Boi bringing a dump truck of flavor to every track, with the lyricism/delivery of a golden-era East Coast MC.
