This ain't no new reveation buddy...this is close to being common knowledge in Memphis, ATL and the South as a whole...amongst old heads anyway.
And content wise...Face laid the foundation for trap music...sonically...as far as "trap" production style, drum & bass patterns, sampling techniques...a slew of Memphis nikkas...from DJ Squeeky, DJ Zirk, 8Ball/MJG, DJ Paul/Juicy J.
And Lord Infamous is in my top 3 all-time...also i fukks with Migos tough...but i just don't see the connection there as far as blatant biting
At best you can say loosely inspired...Migos brand of MC'ing is all-original to me...they mix in ab-libs, punchlines etc. behind a double-time flow...Memphis nikkas wasn't doing that...blatant biting is what Crime Mob was doing...or them asap/raider klan dudes
