Atlanta Assistant DA in critical after being shot!

An Assistant District Attorney in Georgia was shot just days after reportedly filing for divorce from her husband, whose body has allegedly been found dead in a cemetery.

April McConnell of the Fulton County DA's office is reportedly in critical condition after the 11 a.m. shooting in southwest Atlanta which injured a second, unidentified victim, WSBTV reports.

McConnell had filed for a divorce on Monday and her husband, identified by local media as Tranard McConnell, is believed to be the sole suspect sought by police.
