Yah, this aint a good look. @Neo The Resurrected ONE You cant purposefully act difficult and then play retarded after the fact, as if you did nothing wrong. The whole altercation was unnecessary, and wouldve been stopped if she just complied and signed the paper.

Police-breh politely provided all the information requested by the woman, told her what she was supposed to do, and even warned her that she would be arrested if she did not comply. He then gave her forewarning that he would arrest her as a final step, right before she proceeded to resist that same arrest. Once the cuffs were on, she then started copping pleas as if that erases the prior altercation

No the cop was wrong.
Anyone who disagrees is a p*ssy!

Fine she refused to sign, but after she said okay she'll sign
What was the need to take his taser out? There was no need, she was CLEARLY not a threat.
Why did he put his leg behind her and throw her to the ground? She was clearly not a threat!

Anyhow, my opinion is the cop could have handled it better.
I don't think this job is for him, this was excessive force.

If you verbally decline, a cop can arrest you on the spot and take you in until you sign, assuming no significant gap between the first and second video I'm not getting a clear refusal to sign. Reasonable approach is just to inform someone that signing is not an admission of guilt, rather an agreement to appear in court, and that a refusal to sign will lead to their arrest.

Bootlickers gonna bootlick though.

*Instagram post.
If an officer explains you will be taken to jail for something and you choose to push the officer to that limit, you will end up in jail.

:mjlol: Idiots.

this could have been prevented from both sides. she should have signed the first time and he should have let her sign the second time instead of trying to arrest her. :yeshrug:

Agreed, but I place more responsibility on the person hired for this position, he could have easily explained the situation and noted that signing wasn't an admission of guilt and that she could fight it in court later.
