I don't fall for all that big city allure. I usually only do tapas or dessert in the city. I'd rather eat at local restaurants outside of the A! Mainly in the Marietta/Roswell area.

Me and my girl always adding new cuisines to the list. Mediterranean. Cuban. Korean. BBQ.

Why do you have to “look” for them? For instance, you go anywhere in Chicago and you can find good food.

I have the same “you have to be in the know” experience when I travel to Atlanta. It’s not really a foodie city.

Like I said, there’s plenty to eat. Where were you? You go into midtown and there’s literally restaurants all over the place. West midtown same thing. Buckhead, same thing. I literally have never ate so well in my life until I moved here. Where I live in Sandy Springs there’s literally like 12 local restaurants IN WALKING DISTANCE. The shyt is ridiculous. I feel like I died and woke up in restaurant heaven.

Almost any southern city automatically has better food than damn near any place in the u.s.
(African Americans have the most diverse & quality array of dishes than any ethnic group ....hands down)

• BBQ
• Creole
• Traditional Soul food
• Everything else is just extra

....now variety is something else
(I.E. Lots of different ethnic groups = wide variety of ethnic food types)
