Theres a reason teams like Pitt, NE and Indy have maintained success over the years. Not only do they know how to invest in the business and yield returns that exceed the WACC even if said investments arent the most glamourous,,, but most importantly when to divest, take the L and take advantage of opportunities that are on the horizon even if it will cause short term windfalls.You must know when to swallow your pride and adapt to new environments.
