Atlanta FBAs are outperforming the top 10% of Carribean nations combined.

I’m sure the tethers got wind of this stat and now the mission is to weaken Atlanta by targeting their family structure.

Nice try TetherZay.

I got a thread dedicated to you personally that’s in the oven right now. Don’t worry :mjlit:

Doesn't make sense. The only reason to use 1 of the spouse income is only if the other spouse credit is dog shyt and is pulling down the teir for the both of them. Otherwise not putting your husband's income only lowers the amount of $ approved. And with home prices the way it is, your income better be high to leave out your husband's income cause your running the risk of not getting approved during underwriting cause the debt to income ratio gona look funny in the light...

Toxic post.
:mjlol:
Imagine being a person and your partner is a bum. Why put yourself through that?
:sas2:
Find somebody who is equally “yolked” spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. Everything else is struggle to get your partner to meet you where you are.
:sas1:

The couple doesn't even have to be equally yoked, just bring in a $50k salary. Thats a big chunk of change that will save a lot of people money.

My mom was in this situation with my step dad.

They both had middle class incomes, but his credit was trash.

Only her name was used in the purchase.

Im a firm believer in cleaing up your credit before buying a home. I had a credit score in the 500s and now in the low 800s. I dont fukk around like I did when I was young. My wife is in the same space now in the 800s. Feels good to go anywhere and be labeled teir 1 buyer. I can tell you if I was left out of the name of the morgage due to my mess up I would feel some type of way about it.
