Changes has been made by Steveice so that nobody shoud experience a full brick again (i.e. the 3DS doesn't boot, even in safe mode). Thus, this version should be almost brick-proof.

Menuhax users will have to remove their extdata folders 00000082 (JAP), 0000008f (US), 00000098 (EUR), after downgrading.

Same. I copped a good amount of games but I was waiting for them to make the flashcarts accept higher firmware. Didn't think they would find an exploit where I can downgrade my firmware. shyt's piff if it works
