bobby brown been shot at...lost family members to violence ....and his mother of his child to drugs and even was the victim of a kidnapping of a "jailbooty grabbing" extortionist/drug dealer
jodeci has been thru drug abuse and the victim of home invasions and terrorist like thots througout the 90s
that life ain't to be embraced...leave that shyt to the rappers
and as far as the music.....be more creative...hell i know the REAL R&B ROUTE don't really pay...word to TGT..and MUSIQ...but at least you can walk away with your life intact and your dignity..

even guys back in the days the delta blues singers were known for being pistol toting , womanizing , hard dranking headbussers ....like jelly roll morton and little walter....they shot n1ggas on the regular!!
but they didn't do it for "street cred" or publicity ...it was the environment and life they had which they had the TALENT and INSIGHT not to incorporate it in thier music...
