I was going to comment something like this. He was kinda hard on her. Now, I will admit, Aubrey was acting like a diva and doing too much at certain points but, I did get the vibe that he was singling her out. They were almost arguing like a couple and not as a boss and an employee. He was proven right over time that she was putting out the wrong image because she ended up fugging her face up something serious but, he could have been fugging her too. Both can be true
