I had some time and re-read the Autobiography if Malcolm X. Changed my life once I sat down and processed the information.

With all this time sitting in traffic, public transportation, medical appointments etc. I’ve been listening to audio books. A few on wealth building but some of the classics. Just started on the Miseducation of the Negro:wow:

It’s crazy to me how all of these staples were written back in the 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s and the info is still instrumental.

I turned 25 a couple months ago. I can feel myself “waking up”:wow:

Best 15 bucks I spend per month.

Yeah I've been using audible for a while. I have the 14 buck subscription where I get a free credit every month. My job has me driving a lot so I'm always listening to audio books. I've been listening to a lot of true crime books recently.

Its dope.

From my understanding it's $15 a month and you still gotta purchase the audiobook, correct?

That's like paying 2wice
I think I may have the subscription like what Breh above you has. Where you get free credits every so often.

For the miseducation of the negro I bought with a credit I had saved up but could’ve also bought it outright for like 7 bucks

Its not worth it considering how easy it is to find audiobooks, especially popular ones

My only problem with audio books is I have to pay 100% attention or I will completely lose the thread of comprehension..like you can throw on a podcast while you're driving to work or whatever and if you zone out it's no big deal but if you zone it out on a book you can miss alot of stuff.

how you gonna find yourself asking what just happened on some ol :patrice: shyt.

how you gonna think back on that which you cannot recall? :jbhmm:

realizing you gotta hit dat skip back button several times. :martin:

or even worse, you just say fukk it and keep on listening like a momo.
you know you fukked up but you just :skip: and play it off but you are really just playing yourself.
