First of all, I completely agree.
However, the sad part is if Black players were to boycott, I think the leagues numbers would take an initial hit, but over time all you'll here from
types is, "Finally smart basketball is back!" Then the NBA will start rivaling the NFL in ratings. (I'm being sarcastic)I know that's not going to happen though, if they do boycott they'll eventually return to play the game they love. Hopefully not settling though until justice is served and there is a clean up. As of right now Sterling is the focus, but the main problem is the culture in the front office.

That is a legal case. No one cares whether or not it is admissible in court. That has no bearing on whether or not his personal conduct is worthy of being reprimanded by an independent league. Unless there is something in the NBA bylaws that I don't know about, and I highly doubt demonstrating behavior unbecoming of the NBA unless it was recovered through illegal means is a subsection.
There is no way to spin this absent proving that it's not Sterling. Players have been fined for behavior for which there is no legally cognizable remedy before. Silver is up their nervous because he's in an unprecedented situation that will stain the entire playoffs if he doesn't do something.

Whether you believe the Clippers players should sit out or not you have to be disappointed with the way they've handled this. I love Doc Rivers so it pains me to say this.... his comments after their team meeting were ridiculous. Talk about missing the mark.
