The NBA is not promoting itself as an all white league (even if mostly white people own the teams)

This new league as LJ is suggesting is starting off with that in the background. Not the way you want to go about starting a large corporation which will need HEAVY financial backing from sponsors to pay our athletes as much money as they make in the NBA.

The NBA has been a great vehicle for minorities to improve their lives...don't let this moron Sterling dilute that fact. The NBA will have more black owners in the future...its inevitable.

that's because whenever something is all white everyone sees it as normal and when something is all black it's a problem

if 5 white people from work go to lunch together it's nothing....if 5 black people from work go to lunch together then it's "why do the blacks only hang with each other?"

Donald Sterling: Tentative NBA Decision -- INDEFINITE SUSPENSION | TMZ.com

From TMZ:

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver has tentatively decided to suspend Clippers owner Donald Sterling INDEFINITELY and impose a multi-million-dollar fine -- but Sterling will NOT be forced to sell the team -- sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Sports.

We're told the suspension does NOT include members of Sterling's immediate family, but the NBA will have approval rights on who is running the team.

We're told Commissioner Adam Silver had a forensic expert review the recording and found no evidence it was altered and confirmed Sterling's voice.

And we're told ... an NBA investigator spoke with Sterling by phone after we posted the recording and the Clippers owner agreed to sit down for a follow-up interview but then changed his mind and backed out.

And we're told Stiviano told NBA reps the same thing we've reported ... that she had Sterling's consent before she recorded him.

One source tells us the fine has been tentatively set at $5 Mil.

I don't see it that way, but you are free to feel the way you do :yeshrug:

I see the NBA as a great tool that has made many black people millionaires and are now starting to own some of the league that has put them in that position.

i see the nba has a tool that has made maybe 500-1000 black millionaires

a lot of those millionaires have become detached from reality as a black man or wasted their money on stupid sh*t

it hasn't done anything for the black community as a whole so :manny: a good chunk of those doc rivers type brothers went and gave their money to white women anyway
