I wonder if there is some type of loophole in the CBA where extremely egregious and inflammatory / offensive comments made by an owner could allow you to void your contract and / or force a trade or buy out....

I mean say if Chris Paul or somebody was to just say "fukk him" if a reporter asked about Sterling's audio, what could really be done to him after that? what are they gonna do bench or release him?? that would be the ultimate forcing of the organization's hand because if a player gets persecuted for reacting then surely something has to be done about the owner.
I hope they sit out the next game, - like refuse to take the court at the next LAC game
