It's not about friction.
It's about the constant need to keep pushing unnecessary negative bullsh*t. Hip Hop doesn't need any more, "Yo, we 'found' some old clips of this dude talking sh*t about this other dude". That whole mindset of promoting trash rather than setting a higher standard for good music, is why the culture is doo doo right now.
