Audiobooks - Where To Get Them??

Other than Amazon, where can I find audiobooks?

I've looked around on usenet, I've gotten a few from the library, but overall, it seems damn near impossible to find a good site for audiobooks. Even some sites I go to that cater to books, don't have a good section for them..

So hook me up: Where can I get them from?? I'm looking for sci-fi, thrillers, that type of stuff. Helps make the day go by faster while at work...

Audible seems to be the most "legit" book collection, they seem to have most of the books I want

why not just convert the book to .lit format and use microsoft reader??

I'm looking for the audiobooks, not the actual books...I can listen to them when I'm working, but can't read them (at work).

when Demonoid got taken down i ended up joining Audible. its been pretty good to me.

i signed up for the audible free trial, got 2 free audio books out of it. saved about 40 bux right there, then canceled the trial. its a pretty good site but overall a little too expensive even with the subscription.

only other place to look is torrents

you can play .lit files with microsoft reader. Windows 8 got a good TTP reader.

I must be lost...help me out here (please). Are you saying that I can convert an epub file to a lit file and then it will be playable in an audible form?? If that is what you're saying, how does that work and is there a guide?

By far the best audio book publishers out. Full cast/soundtracks. Wish they had more popular content but their DC shyt and recent Marvel Civil War books are well done.
