This is a silly stance… How many kids do you have and do you think social media is beneficial or harmful to kids?

They say if they find a kid account on there they are levying fines on Facebook.
So enforcement is on the platform side not on individuals. So I guess they can scroll but they cannot post and if it is obviously an underage person Facebook is catching a fine.

I will say it's not so much the content but the way it's produced makes it EXTREMELY addictive. My seed was waking up in the middle of the night to watch it. What was being watched was fairly benign but the problem is they literally couldn't help themselves. It's way deeper than watching TV.
