Its like 7 on 7 football....


You can't be a 320lbs lineman and play that sport...
Americsn football and AFL has no similarities except for the shape of the ball. AFL is unique. Its probably the most all rounded sport in that you have to be able to ran 20ks per a game for 90 minutes non stopp but also tackle 7 foot men and kick accurately, and technique and foot work is important. They are the most all rounded athletes in the world. NFL players do have superior strength and speed because ypur game is akin to short bursts.
