I saw Black Gangster randomly in a book store and bought it based off that lol. Then I started reading more.

I didn’t know he came from a middle class home. I figured he was from the trenches he wrote about.

Why would he choose that life? Was it rap music?

I had like 3 Donald Goines books when I was I in work release. Of course they was popular as fukk and nikkas use to be waiting for people to finish so they could get it next. For whatever reason, dudes used to escape that shyt (well cause most them nikkas doing that shyt was on dope) Work release was so sweet that nikkas was not trying to fukk that shyt up but some dudes just can’t get right.

So this one dude had one of my Donald Goines books. He went to work and never came back. He borrowed the shyt that night before. I was like why this bytch nikka take my book before he decide to escape


On another note, that facility shyt was split between work release and the drug program with the fiends. nikkas used to be seeing some of the same fiends from the neighborhood lol. Then it was dopeboys mixed in with the fiends in the drug program cause they was able to get over there by saying they used it. And it was fiends on the work release side doing dope when they supposed to be at work
