got my hopes up 
What is auto refresh...someone clue me in.

New posts (and edits I think) would pop up in real time (think like a chat room), when you were in a thread. Stresses the server out heavy tho, so they turned it off when we migrated to the new format(from my understanding, could be wrong tho).
