Auto Service company charged me without coming out and doing anything

Basically this morning from like 2-7 I was stucc on the side of the freeway with a flat. I had a spare but it was so early in the morning that everywhere was closed. So I called up a place that said they change tires(found the number on google) and called. They said they will come out, but they took down my card info first and said they dont accept cash. So after waiting like 30 minutes I get a call back saying that the mechanic they had couldnt come out cuz he had car trouble. I asked will I get a refund and she said "its not up to us, im not sure"

I get home around 8 and see they still charged my card even tho they literaly did not even come out

I called them first. After that I fucced around and had a cop take me and my girl to my crib where i got my moms car to drive us bacc to my girls crib where i got her tire wench then drove bacc to my crib to get my brother den drove to my car to replace the tire.

How much did they charge you? And why are you telling us instead of screaming on a manager right now?

1. Report it to your credit card company IMMEDIATELY. Maybe they can reverse the payment if not at least get you a different card.

2. Find the company's information (name, address, etc.) and REPORT them to your State Attorney General, BBB, and even try reporting them to ASE.
