This number has remained stagnant over the past few decades, going back to the ’90s. Going back to school as an older adult was way better for me because I had narrowed down what I wanted to study through work experience.

I burned through a few majors, colleges and overall cash trying to figure it out right after high school.

I plan on going back before age 50. I was thinking about studying law or getting a doctorate in something.

I joined the Air Force at 18 , instead of going to college first.
then i got out , went to college and graduated at 31.


18 year old me was not mature enough to go to college.

I was just thinking about this. I flamed out taking Econ 101 in college, because I couldn’t understand abstract concepts and assumptions. But now as an i adult, I feel like I would take on that class like nothing

You’ll be aight just finish. I didn’t get my degree until I was 27. I was just more focused I realized a lot this shyt is just time management.
