-Yoga (ashtanga)
-Run a 4-6 miles in the AM (5:30 this morning) or Run around aimlessly dribbling a soccer ball for no less than an hour and a half
-Basketball
-Push ups, pull-ups, burpees, sit-ups and no name made-up body weight exercises that just feel "right" (to exhaustion because fukk reps :camby:)
-Speed rope (again, to exhaustion)
-Whoop my punching bag like he stole something for an hour and a half

I try to do at least 2 of these things a day, 7 days a week. :ufdup: I ain't goin' to Larry Holmes Gardens

I'm not going into detail on my daily workouts... Everything in here is just before bed. :smugdraper:

I got PT in about 6 hours... But who gives a fukk
