-Run a 4-6 miles in the AM (5:30 this morning) or Run around aimlessly dribbling a soccer ball for no less than an hour and a half
-Basketball
-Push ups, pull-ups, burpees, sit-ups and no name made-up body weight exercises that just feel "right" (to exhaustion because fukk reps)
-Speed rope (again, to exhaustion)
-Whoop my punching bag like he stole something for an hour and a half
