Avi change infinite loading screen unappreciation

Mane I've been trying to change my damn avi for 8 hrs now. It'll let me choose a pic but once that loading bar in the top right corner appear its a wrap, aint shyt happening. Clear the sites cache or something.

I let it load for like 30 seconds then when I refresh the page my avi is usually changed
