I should make some mac n cheese tomorrow.
The way I usually do it is I buy a block of cheddar and one of gruyere. Shred that bytch up.
Mix some milk and flour on the side.
After my macaroni is cooked, pour the milk/flour mix in with the macaroni and shredded cheese.
Throw on some bread crumbs.
Maybe a few more shreds of cheese.
Melt some butter and run it over the bread crumbs.
Bake that bytch for 40-45 minutes
Then get in there like swimwear.

If you want to take a tip.... Melt butter and then add your flour, milk, bring to a boil, reduce heat and add the cheese. Then pour that over your noodles. It'll incorporate much better, probably less chunky.
