You have to be realistic about why guys sign to a label and never release anything of note...GLC..Really Doe..Consequence probably more I'm forgetting....who wants to give money away? And you can't pull the street ties card with Kanye...

Sometimes another artist will help change some of the words so the lyrics flow better. Just because a artist lends a tag, doesn't mean he gets credit for the song. This happens all the time in the studio.

I think maybe he had sean help write with him, maybe do reference tracks or something...maybe even listened to some of sean shyt and said "Let me try it like this..." Kanye has openly admitted to somewhat jocking/biting nikkas flows/lines. shyt, he has taken whole songs and "sampled them" and turned them to his own. He's mentioned mase since his debut and his "too cold" hook came directly from mase's song.
