Briefly on last night's call I actually thought it was a charge on first glance, but I didn't think there was anything conclusive to change the call they made. League put in a call

They did that the other night when Pistons played the Bulls on Reggie's drive late in the 4th. I was wondering what they were reviewing and why it was taking so long. When I found out it was to review a block/charge call that was my response too.

Without looking at the rules I believe they are ONLY reviewing if the player was in the restricted area or not IF that is what the call is based on.
